Getting Started: First Day Tips

Its as easy as  one two three....

Step 1 (you are allowed to skip step one if you like):

Take our 2 day free training offer

No appointment necessary (you can call or email to ask any questions or set up an appointment). You should show up 10-15 minutes before the first scheduled class you wish to try, and our friendly staff will be there to assist you. Please note that the days you come in do not have to be consecutive (e.g Wednesday and then Thursday).

Clothing requirements for Muay Thai kickboxing (MT), Boxing, Wrestling, Strength & Conditioning (S&C), Submission Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA):

Comfortable workout clothes (e.g. shorts and a T-shirt).

Clothing Requirements for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) & Judo:

Kimono/Gi Bring Photo ID and we will lend you one.

If you wish to shower at the facility (we have individually stalled showers), please bring a towel.

 

Step 2

Come to the desk and sign up

Our helpful staff at the desk will assist you in choosing the membership plan that is right for you. Signing up is easy to do.  If you are considering the monthly payment option, do not forget to bring a cheque or bank payment form (your bank will give you one). 

 

Step 3

 

Train

We can help you figure out a realistic training schedule, and then come in and train.
